SnackWebsites specializes in offering a simplified platform from which to create and publish a website. Because the platform is so streamlined, you can get online in a matter of minutes with minimal editing.
As a consequence of this, there aren’t all that many options for customizations. You can select an easy or detailed template, from which there are more than 40 themes to choose. The themes can fit many purposes, including marketing, portfolios, and restaurants. Each theme is mobile responsive, but none are compatible for e-commerce. What’s more, though you can choose “blog” as the purpose of your site, there is no blogging platform. You also cannot download your website, nor does it come with email.
On the bright side, SnackWebsites has excellent support options, with email, live chat, and phone-based support all available. Pricing is great too, with a free plan that includes the ability to create unlimited websites. You can also connect your website to an existing domain name for free. There are no ads, even on the free sites, so if you use your own domain, you can have a fully branded website for free. Granted, that website will be pretty bare bones, but if that’s all you need, SnackWebsites is certainly an option
