Overview

cubender
Cubender is a modern website builder with next-generation tools to help you build your site efficiently. The editor is well designed with many powerful options that make customizing your website a relative breeze, once you get the hang of the editing environment. The initial learning curve is steep, but from there it’s quite easy to use.

There are 18 beautiful templates from which to choose, or, if you prefer, you can start from scratch and develop your own template. All templates are mobile responsive and ready for viewing on any device. Marketing, restaurants, and portfolios are well-represented niches in the Cubender template collection. Those who need to develop a medical and educational website will have to adapt an existing template to their needs or start from scratch.

Where the editor and templates are excellent, other aspects of Cubender are not. You cannot download the site, nor is email currently available. The support options are run-of-the-mill, with only online documentation and email support offered. Only the most expensive plan – at $24.65/month – has e-commerce, and the entry-level plan does not have blogging capabilities even though it costs $8.50/month.

In the end, the excellent editor and gorgeous templates might be enough for some people to overlook the shortcomings of Cubender. Fortunately, Cubender offers a free two-week trial period so you can test it out without committing any money.
